Since graduating with a Bachelor of Business Communication (Public Relations) from QUT in 1990, Selma has worked in a variety of communications and advisory roles. 

With over 20 years experience at a senior level within the competitive and high-pressure environment of politics, her skills have been honed in a range of areas applicable to the business and community sectors. 

Developing and implementing campaigns has been a specialty and she has an intimate knowledge of how government works.

Having recently moved back to Queensland after many years in Canberra, her niche consultancy provides specialised communications services.  Her clients include businesses, community groups, parliamentarians and political candidates both locally and interstate.
